Eligibility
• The Autism Awareness Colouring Contest (the “Contest”) is open to residents of Canada
• If the entrant is under the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry, they must obtain the consent of their parent or legal guardian to participate in this contest. By submitting an entry, entrants who are minors represent and warrant that they have obtained such consent.

Contest Period
• The Contest begins on April 1st at 12:00:00am and ends on April 30th at 11:59:59pm (the “Contest Period”).
• All entries must be received by 11:59:59PM on April 30th .

How to Enter
• Obtain a colouring sheet by visiting the www.autismcolouringcontest.ca
• Complete your colouring sheet using any medium of your choice.
• Submit your entry by uploading the contest colouring page through our QR code. The QR code is located on the bottom right of the page.
• Unlimited submissions

No Purchase Necessary
• No purchase is required to enter or win the Contest.

• 1st Place: iPad
• 2nd Place: Autographed Calgary Flames Jersey signed by Mikael Backlund
• 3nd Place: Flames Tickets
• 4rd Place: $100 Gift Card
• 5th Place: $75 Gift Card
• 6th Place: $50 Gift Card

• Winners will be announced May 24th

Winner Selection and Notification
• Winners will be selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and overall artistic quality. The judging panel will consist of our sponsors team members. Mortgage Tree, Hendrix Law, Kids Strong, Tower Cleaners, Spectra Fan Services
• Winners will be notified by email on May 24th 2025
• If a winner does not respond within 10 days of notification, another winner may be selected.

Privacy and Use of Personal Information
• By entering the Contest, participants consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of their personal information by Mortgage Tree for the purposes of administering the Contest and awarding prizes.
• Mortgage Tree will not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties, other than those involved in the administration of the Contest.

Intellectual Property
• By submitting an entry, participants grant Mortgage Tree the right to use, reproduce, and display their submitted artwork in any media, including but not limited to social media, websites, and promotional materials, without further compensation.

Liability and Indemnification
• Mortgage Tree is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
• By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Mortgage Tree, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from or in connection with the Contest or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

General Conditions
• Mortgage Tree reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity or proper functioning of the Contest, as determined by Mortgage Tree in its sole discretion.
• Mortgage Tree reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or otherwise violates these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law
• The Contest is governed by the laws of the province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Contest will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.
• The contest is void where prohibited by law.

Social Media
• This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn. By entering, you acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn bears no responsibility for this promotion and you release Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn from any liability in connection with the Contest.
