In this fast pace team environment, you will be working with assigned Mortgage Tree associates to underwrite and complete the mortgage process with Clients. You will liaison with the Mortgage Tree Associate, Clients and Referral Sources to ensure a smooth and easy client experience.
Accountabilities
- Excellent credit knowledge
2. Able to structure mortgage applications and submit to the appropriate Lender
3. Excellent organization skills and strong attention to detail
4. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
5. Adhere to Service Standards and delivering on commitments
6. Working knowledge of Filogix
7. Team Player
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years underwriting/assisting experience
- RECA License
